This in from Mark Evanier, it seems that the Alex Toth myth I passed off as a myth (with some real questions of if it was even possible. QUOTE: Forget the fact that the windows on the upper floors of the DC building do not open. This is myth and facts just get in the way of the story.) is pretty much bogus. Not that big of a surprise. But Mark says that at that time the DC building was a 6 story building.
